PREWEDDING SESSION ON THE CHARLES BRIDGE
Klara and Pavel dreamed of prewedding photos on the Charles Bridge in Prague without the usual crowds. The most important pictures were those with classic views with the Lesser Town Bridge Tower behind them. Both of them are incredibly busy, and since they couldn’t find a free date in early autumn and didn’t want to wait until spring, they decided to go for a winter shoot instead.
So we went for the only solution that always works: an early morning winter session.
We met at 7 a.m., when there’s already enough light, yet the bridge is still beautifully empty. According to the forecast, sunrise was supposed to break through around eight. It didn’t. Instead, we got soft winter haze and a slightly overcast sky.
And honestly? It worked perfectly. The calm atmosphere allowed Klára and Pavel to enjoy the moment without rushing or dodging tourists. Despite the cold, the morning had a quiet charm of its own — and the photos reflect exactly that.
Sometimes the weather doesn’t follow the plan… but that’s exactly what makes the story even better.
