Hotel & Garden u Holubů is a beautiful place in the middle of the Beskydy Mountains. One of my favorite wedding venues in Moravia, right on the edge of the forest, with a natural swimming pool and, most importantly, a beautifully peaceful atmosphere.

Wedding days for the clients

Every year, the hotel organizes wedding days for its clients, which unfortunately could not be organized this year due to the government covid measures. However, the owners of the hotel decided to present their services to their fiancés at least through video, so we recorded short interviews about what you can be look forward to during your wedding planning at U Holubů.

Here you can look at my part, for which I'm thankful to Marek Hořava, with whom we capture the weddings at U Holubu together, he as a videographer and I as a photographer.

How long should a wedding photoshoot be?

We didn't want the whole video be just about me looking to the camera so we took the opportunity to take a few photographs of Katka and Adrian, incredibly beautiful couple.

Tip: You are often nervous that the wedding photoshoot will be long and you will have to pose in front of the camera for two hours. Well, don't be nervous. You won't believe how long it took me to do this photoshoot with Katka and Adrian.

Believe it or not, I took photos with Katka and Adrian for 6 minutes and you can see the result. Yes, only 6 minutes during which we created photos that will remind them that moments all their lives and from which it is possible to make a stunning big album. 6 minutes!

If I had 25 minutes for you on your wedding day, it's 4 times more than for Katka and Adriana. That means about 4 times more photos, which is totally fine and enough.

So don't be afraid of a wedding photo shoot, it doesn't have to take two hours, it often has to be 15 minutes, if the schedule doesn't allow otherwise. Although personally I will be very happy in half an hour;)
